Three Bedroom Lockout Units  top

Our three bedroom lock-outs are located on the second floor and have between 20-26 steps to access the unit.  These are our newest condos which ‘lock-off’ into two separate units as follows:

Two Bedroom side: 917 sq. ft.
Full kitchen: full stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer w/ice- maker, washer & dryer.

Two bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has whirlpool tub and shower;  Bedroom 2 has tub and shower.  This unit has a deck and three T.V.s. Queen sleeper couch in living room;
Queen beds in Bedroom 1 and 2

Design 1:   917 sq. ft.

Unit Numbers 151 - 155 and 224 - 238 are located on the second floor.
Unit Numbers 219 – 223 are first floor.

Kitchen: Full stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer w/ice- maker, washer & dryer.

Queen sleeper couch in living-room. Queen beds in both bedrooms.
 
Upstairs units have 2 T.V.s, cathedral ceilings and deck.
First floor units have 2 T.V.s and patio.

Unit Numbers 301 – 309 and 311 – 319 are located close to the shoreline and occupants will need to be able to negotiate steps to enter their condo as follows:

Unit Numbers 301 – 303 and 311- 313 have 26 steps.
Unit Numbers 304 - 306, and 314 -316 have 10 steps
Unit Numbers 307 - 309 and 317 - 319 have  26 steps

 Kitchen: Full stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer w/ice- maker.

Queen sleeper couch, T.V., patio, wood-burning fireplace in living- room.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, T.V., private covered patio and Jacuzzi tub in private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed. Bathroom 2 has tub and shower.

Unit Numbers 101 - 122* and 214 – 218 are motel conversions.
They are all first floor units.

Kitchen: Two burners, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Queen sleeper couch in living-room, T.V., patio.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and patio.
Bedroom 2 has full-size bed.
Both bathrooms have a tub and shower.
* Unit 121 has a full stove and Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom.

Kitchen: Two burners, microwave, fridge/freezer.

Queen sleeper couch in living-room, T.V., patio.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, T.V. and patio.
Bedroom 2 has a full size bed.
Bathroom 1 has a sit-down shower stall.
Bathroom 2 has a full bath and shower.
Both bathrooms have toilet safety frames - elevated seats are available on request.
 

One bedroom condos Unit numbers 123 - 131, 201 - 213 and 132 - 134* are motel conversions with the exception of Unit 310 (see below).

Kitchen: Two burners, microwave, fridge/freezer. Queen sleeper couch in living-room, T.V., patio. Queen bed in bedroom. Tub with shower.

* 132 - 134: are smaller versions of our two bedroom motel conversions with frosted louvred windows between the two bedrooms.

Unit 310: 1128 sq. ft.   This is a unique split-level unit on the lakefront.

PLEASE NOTE: there are stairs to access the second floor of the unit and 41 steps to access the unit from the parking area.

First level: Living room with queen sleeper couch, T.V., wet bar, covered patio, dining area and kitchen with full stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer w/ice-maker.

Second level: Small sitting room with T.V.; guest bathroom with tub and shower; bedroom with king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub and covered patio.
